When Jonathan Heighway RIBA founded the practice in 1996, he set out to offer the range of services normally associated with larger practices, coupled with the level of customer care often found in smaller businesses.

13 years of managed growth sees a team in offices in Maidenhead, Beaconsfield and Dartmouth employing a number of highly motivated individuals each with their own specialist skills and interests within the practice.

Heighway Associates have expertise in residential and commercial, new build, conversion, restoration and extensions.

A variety of projects are undertaken that range from major business properties to private extensions, commercial properties and community projects. Heighway Associates can contribute at many stages of a project – from feasibility studies including planning, structural and project costing, through to full design and contract administration, and project management.
